The Origins of

The Origins of Maple 360

In 2009 an idea, from a very ingenious mind, of producing maple syrup of our own in an old English tin over a wood fire in the backyard has led to a family oriented avocation. This process has ventured into a small production which grows a little each year. The maple syrup is still produced over a wood fire in a G.H. Grimm & CO. arch. The wood fire evaporates the sap in a raised flue and stainless steel pan, made in the USA.

During the maple production, from sap harvest to syrup finish, there is meticulous measuring of the Brix (% sugar). These measurements and the production techniques create maple syrup that is pure and full of rich flavor. Maple 360 is made with family care and passion for the best quality product.
